We take a whole-person approach to healthy eating habits and provide a realistic plan for weight loss and lifetime maintenance. We help you achieve a healthy lifestyle by providing individual consultation services, specialized packages and instruction through The Nutrition Academy workshops.

 

Our core belief is that a healthy way of life can be achieved with good nutrition, exercise and education. It all begins with one small change.

 

We offer a number of services designed to help you give you a multi-faceted approach to healthy nutrition for a happier, healthier life.  Services include food psychology coaching, nutritional consultations, pantry/kitchen makeovers, pantry parties, grocery store tours, personal shopping and menu building.  We also offer an intensive 7-week program called Nutrition Academy which takes a unique and whole-life approach to working toward a more healthy lifestyle.


 

 

The Nutrition Academy

The 7 session academy, held at the  FIT BODY SHOP STUDIO, 655 Boston Road, Billerica MA focuses on motivation, body composition, emotional eating and shopping strategies to help you change your nutritional lifestyle and achieve your weight loss goals. The Nutrition Academy will also examine grocery store layouts, menu building for you and your family and help break any unwanted behaviors and plateau problems.

Instead of counting points or calories, we will show you how simple portion control can be the key to success. Conducted in the intimate setting of the Fit Body Stop Studio in Billerica, MA, participants are encouraged to share their stories and triumphs surrounding nutrition and weight loss. Your peers will become your network of encouragement during the sessions. This is not a diet, but a way to make lifestyle changes to your current habits to create an atmosphere of healthy eating for both you and your family.
